Reservations & Payments

• Reservations must be made in advance by phone, authorized booking platforms, or in person.
• A full payment or deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
• All prices include applicable taxes according to local laws.
• Management reserves the right to adjust prices during peak seasons, special events, or public holidays.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 12:00 noon
• Late check-out may be subject to additional charges.
• A valid official ID or passport must be presented upon check-in.

Stay & Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain a quiet and respectful environment and respect the privacy of others.
• Any disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Hosting unregistered visitors is not allowed without prior approval from management.
• Guests must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations at all times.

Children & Pets

• Children are welcome under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
• Additional charges may apply for extra beds.
• Pets are not allowed.

Smoking & Prohibited Items

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas; it is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
• Possession or use of illegal or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
• Any violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

Property & Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
• The cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.
• Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness in rooms and common areas.

Liability & Personal Belongings

• Bait Mutirah Guesthouse is not responsible for the loss of money or valuables not stored safely.
• Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended.

Safety & Emergencies

• Guests must follow safety instructions and emergency exit guidelines.
• Any accident, damage, or issue should be reported to management immediately.

Management Rights

• Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodation for guests who violate house rules or local laws.
• Policies may be updated or modified when necessary, with prior notification to guests.
